Complications can get thrown on any watch, a cheap watch made in China can have a moonphase complication, but you will be paying a lot more for a Swiss moonphase. Same for pretty much any complication, minute repeater or not. You really pay for the movement and the brand. In house movements are obviously more expensive. And a tourbillon isn't even a real complicatin per se, it doesn't give any unique information to the user, it's there for the sake of being there and serving only to hike up the price.

I agree that it is not easy to wear them with small wrists. For now, you can still find good deals on many Moser models well below MSRP (except the Streamliner), if you're in the market for one.

Absolutely, Moser's in-house calibres are seriously impressive! 18 is no small feat, especially for a company of their size.

Exactly! Their decision to produce their own hairsprings is a massive undertaking that requires immense expertise and investment. Only a handful of manufacturers can claim that level of independence.

Maybe it's because I had low expectations and generally don't like the brand, but actually seeing their dials in person blew me away. I'm a big Grand Seiko fan, and even next to my Skyflake, I can't take my eyes off the Moser. It's mesmerizing, even compared to what I thought were the best dials out there.

Beautiful. Dream of owning a piece one day.
