In terms of movement, there’s no discernible difference. While the Mido features a rotating bezel, the Certina doesn’t. Essentially, that’s where the distinctions lie.

One appears to be priced at twice the amount of the other. Personally, I prefer the Mido due to its aesthetics, movement, dial, and bracelet, even though it comes with a higher price tag, particularly on the gray market. However, they’re roughly the same price elsewhere, so ultimately, I’d lean towards the Mido. It wears true to size, if not a tad smaller, in my opinion.
