6.2″ and my preference for lug-to-lug is around 40-44mm. My longest L2L watch is a Seagull 1962 at 47mm.

Same. 6.5 inch wrist. Even 48 is a stretch for me IMO — it works, but it feels like it’s the deep end of where I’d want to ever go. I prefer to keep lug-to-lug below 48mm.

The thickness is 12.10mm and lug-to-lug is 51mm and 48mm would be right at the max end for me. Depending on the strap.

The hands might feel bigger due to the minimalist dial design. Having said that, I wouldn’t mind slightly smaller hands though, just to maintain that balanced look.

I have the same wrist size and I know my wrist is only 6.75in but it’s pretty flat, maybe this being the reason the 42mm should work on our wrists. But I don’t know if your wrist is as flat as mine, so this could be a factor.
