I could never get used to the 24 hour dial. That said, the Navitimer deserves its spot next to the Speedie and Daytona as one of the most iconic chronographs.

In reply to AmbroseK. This might be a deliberate choice to keep the watch slimmer. Higher water resistance often requires a thicker case. But for a pilot's watch or a spacefaring tribute, some water resistance feels essential.

In reply to IceShang. Hold on a second, the Cosmonaute wasn't just for the Soviets! American astronaut Scott Carpenter actually requested a modified Navitimer for his spaceflight, leading to the creation of the Cosmonaute.
