Yeah, Piaget watches are rare for some reason. Only one I’ve seen is on Ronnie O’Sullivan’s wrist during a few snooker tournaments the past few years.

It’s definitely serviceable, but due to the complexity, authorized Piaget watchmakers would likely be the only ones qualified for repairs.
