But I have a vastly different experience, or maybe they have changed with time as back in maybe 2015 or so, I, as a 20-year-old walked into their boutique in NYC, just to look at their watches in person. I couldn't afford anything in there, but they were so nice and accommodating with their time, and let me try on quite a few pieces including the chronomètre bleu. Really made me fall in love with their brand.

Wow, reading through these comments has been a real eye-opener for me. I've always been fascinated by FBJourne's watches, but reading through the comments here has been quite the eye-opener about FBJourne. It's surprising to see so many folks sharing less-than-stellar experiences at their boutiques. It makes me wonder if it's a widespread issue or just isolated incidents.

It could just be the vibe of the location, not the brand itself. I mean, the Miami Boutique is a whole different story, it's fantastic! The staff there are the friendliest and most watch-savvy folks I've ever met. It's always such a treat to visit whenever I can!

That experience is actually in sharp contrast with many of my friends' experiences with FBJ. My friends who own FPJ watches say it's a great boutique.

That's a fascinating story ! When you're dropping that kind of cash, you expect to be treated like royalty! It's not just about buying a luxury watch, it's about the whole experience and that includes top-notch service. Anything less would be a total letdown.

Well, it's like walking into a place where you're ready to admire and maybe even take home a piece of art and instead, you're met with a "look but don't touch" attitude. It felt like they were saying "nothing's available" or "the watches are just for show" right off the bat. Not the best vibe for a visit.
