I think a combination of both approaches could work well! WR could showcase a ranked top 5 or 10, while also providing a separate, unranked list of all the other YOTD releases they come across. That way, people get the best of both worlds: curated recommendations and the chance to explore further on their own.

Yeah, in some cases it’s nice that we see them all jumping on that bandwagon as it’s only coming round once every 12 years, at least for the dragon, but there have definitely been some duds this time.

12 years is a long wait, so having a record of all the 2024 YOTD watches would be amazing for collectors and enthusiasts alike.

These watches are all ridiculously overpriced! Just cash grabs by luxury brands trying to capitalize on a cultural celebration.
