How Important Skill?
You might agree selling skills aren’t rare. Children have them as they prove when they ask you to do things, or buy them things. Yet only with the right attitude and mental blueprint for taking action can your salesperson raise your revenue. Isn‘t that what you want?

Time Self Management:

“Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma – which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of other’s opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.”

ANNOUNCEMENT:  I’m not writing new Sales Pro blog posts because I’m focussing on philosophy study — Epictetus and the other Stoics, mostly, not to mention Socrates — personal development, learning internet marketing, and on creating and marketing new websites.

However old posts remain as archives. If you wish, go to my Contact page (the gold-coloured tab above) to write to me.

Also, I strongly recommend you Click Here to drop by Loving Jacqui, my personal blog. It will be updated. Perhaps sparsely yet more frequently than here!

Marc Orchant, Curator of Office Zealot GTD Zone, Passes Away Unexpectedly

It is with sadness I note the passing of a man I never met in real life nor even corresponded with, who nonetheless communicated in a friendly and informative way which helped me personally.

Marc’s site, Office Zealot, and specifically the GTD Zone was one of the first Getting Things Done® sites I added to the Productivity category of my “blue ribbon Favourites” in the right-hand sidebar. Only yesterday I decided to get as many feeds delivered to me as possible rather than visiting all these great sites so I signed up for his site’s XML feed… and learned a few minutes ago of his untimely death due to a heart attack.

I wish the best and most peaceful future possible for Marc’s soul and I also wish his friends and family strength during this difficult time. Please realize Marc lived his life in such a way he helped people whom he didn’t even know existed like myself.

That says something about the man.
